Who We Are
We started Udhold ApS as the result of conversations with friends. Friends who had ideas, plans, dreams, and businesses whose growth was blocked because they were missing the tools they needed. Our broad knowledge and decades of experience allow us to develop the tools they needed to succeed.

David Drueding
David started in San Francisco in the late-90s helping tech startups scale their operations to facilitate the exponential growth they were experiencing. As IT Manager of TechPartners International, David opened branch offices across the US and managed secure VPN connections between offices in 3 countries. At CNET, David managed the deployment of several internal systems including HR and CRM systems before advising on the planning of their new headquarters building, including design and implementation of fully integrated networking, security, and A/V systems using the latest IoT technologies. Dolby Labs wanted silent workstations for their acoustic test chambers in their new office, David developed a custom solution using heatpipes, special enclosures, and remote liquid cooling. After moving to the Monterey Bay area, David continued to support small and medium businesses while owning and operating a successful computer gaming center. While in charge of “everything with a plug”, David helped one of these companies grow from 20 employees with an AOL email account to a regional industry leader with 400+ employees across 5 divisions in 8 locations. Since meeting Pericle over a decade ago, they have continued to help their clients remain competitive through innovation.
