Andrei Negescu founded Udhold ApS on a simple conviction: technology should solve real problems — and stay simple enough to adapt when the problems change. It's a philosophy shaped by 20 years of building software for businesses of every size, and by a deliberate choice to build his company in Denmark.

That focus on solutions runs through his whole career. Across two decades as IT Project Manager, Software Architect, Senior IT Security Consultant and Cloud Computing Expert, he has worked on technology from every side — and seen that the systems that last are rarely the most elaborate ones, but the ones built to adapt. He holds a BA in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies, a Master's in IT Business from Aarhus University, and pursued doctoral studies on Semiotics and AI, publishing widely on the interface between business and technology.

Adaptability is something he knows first-hand. As CEO of mySTAGE Ticketing, he ran a Bucharest-based ticketing platform serving 70% of Romania's theaters — 300,000 visitors and almost 50,000 transactions a month, on systems that simply could not go down on a premiere night. Along the way he has taught classes on social engineering and database management, designed conceptual research goals for EU-funded research projects, developed CUDA-based search algorithms, and built architectures for cloud research projects and content distribution platforms — a range that reflects the same idea: understand the problem first, then build the simplest thing that truly solves it.
